Soccer

Why Mohamed Salah is a good example for continued improvement?

First, soccer is a team organization starting from the club management ending with the club fans, it is not an individual, however, a successful individual can make a difference with the help and support of the rest. Studying Mohamed Salah case let’s start with moving to Liverpool. Liverpool has a good scouting team and they deserve much credit for their bravery in recommending Mohamed Salah. Recommended a player who had been deemed a failure at a club in the same competition is a big risk, yes, it is a big risk to bet on a player motivation and mental strength as well as his physical and technical attributes. but they were willing to take this risk. The thing is players who have experienced different levels and styles of play can demonstrate a level of adaptability that may otherwise be known. Mohamed Salah has previously successful experiences in both Egypt and Switzerland and he offered some encouragement; therefore, the Scouts team judges him on his ability to take the opportunities (we will talk about this later) when he is presented.

Mohamed Salah had demonstrated an ability to deal with disappointment quickly that’s why his motivation would have been hugely important. Jürgen Klopp, he knew how to make a star, in other words, he has found the player that can be a star. Klopp plans works perfectly with a player like Mohamed Salah. His plan is to make confusion to the opposing defenses they don’t know who plays where so basically, they don’t know who to mark and he trains his players on this hinged dynamic movements between the two wings and the Stricker with the help of the correct pass from the back or the midfield. This way makes the front line unbeatable in other meaning they have to score in every game.  Many coaches are using this way when they find the right players such as Bob Bradley with LAFC as well. Off the topic, I have seen many people attack and blamed Klopp for substituting Mohamed Salah and the last few games, especially the team performance get down and receives goals, well this is part of making a star and a marketing as long as the situation can be managed.

Back to the main character, Mohamed Salah, himself why Moe Salah. I will start with his Personality He dreams and he has believed in his dream, he did not stop at that point it’s just the initial point to start he makes his own path and he has found the right manager we should give his manager some credits we have seen many players has been failed or couldn’t make any forward steps because of their managers. The real character of Mohamed Salah has been showing more than once as a known story the young Salah was once playing in Alexandria when his family was robbed. The robber was caught and arrested a few days later, and it was Salah’s father’s intention to press charges against the perpetrator. But the young Mohamed had other ideas and asked his dad to drop the case. Not only this, but Salah then gave the man some money to help him out financially, before taking it another step further and helping him find a job. Also, Jürgen Klopp has highlighted Mohamed Salah’s attitude, character, and teammates as the reasons behind the impressive performance. Following instructions, we have seen him with different coaches and he played the way the coach required him to play; therefore, there is Mohamed Salah with Liverpool, and another Salah with the Egyptian national team to make it clear he performs his best in both situations it’s just a different style which means he is adaptable, he can manage different tasks. Talking about adjusting, he is a fast learner, the language did not stop him and he learned English very fast besides learning how to deal with different culture as well which is called a social inelegance.

He is a team player he assists as he scores and popular between his teammate anywhere he goes.

Mohamed, take advantage of most opportunities that were offered to him so far which is important. Sometimes just one opportunity can mean the difference between an extraordinary life and a mediocre one. Taking advantage of opportunities in life starts by simply saying yes to them when they come around and taking risk is the same as well which he did. If we compare between Mohamed Salah now and four years ago he is more into the point focusing all the time nothing distracts him but his goal beside the ability to make a decision even though it’s always possible to make the wrong decision, but a wrong decision is still better than no decision at all.

Moe, has a developed plan, meaning he set up a goal when he takes steps toward this goal and with every step he takes his goal to a different level especially the goal become bigger and bigger no limits.

Comparing him with Amr Zaki, the man who disappears as quickly he arrived, let’s start eleven years ago back in that time Amr, chose, Lokomotiv Moscow, while he has other choices. Unfortunately, it was a bad choice nothing against the club but, the move backfired, with the player who was unable to adjust to the cold climate in Russia, leaving just three months later without an appearance to his name. He returned home, to Zamalek, and made an instant impact with eight goals in his first nine games. It was an impressive start, this alerted Steve Bruce, who liked what he saw. Quick, powerful, technically gifted, strong in the air and possessing a ferocious appetite to pressure defenders, this was a striker seemingly made for the Premier League. “Anyone with a one in two-strike rates over 50 odd international games knows where the back of the net is. Although he hasn’t played in the Premier League, I am convinced this boy can do the business.” So serious was the Wigan manager, he made two personal visits to Cairo to seal the deal. Moving to the premier league was a golden chance.  Amr got the same chance as Salah to play in the same league he had a stunning impressive start and he was the top Stricker in the first round but he left with shame “I feel it’s time that we went public on just what a nightmare he has been to deal with. I can honestly say that in all my time in football I have never worked with someone as unprofessional. I really am at the end of my tether with him. Before this latest incident, Zaki has already been fined considerably more than the average person in Britain earns in a year and he will now receive another heavy fine.” This was the main criticism leveled at Zaki; that he only really seemed interested when it suited him, with his lack of professionalism proving fatal. Bruce claims Zaki was used towards the end of the season simply because there was no one else to pick. “It’s a shame, it really is. He had a wonderful chance over here, but he was badly advised, he listened to the wrong people.”

Back with Zamalek, Zaki failed to rediscover his scoring touch, with six games played before sustaining a hamstring injury.

His unprofessional nature showed no sign of maturing, with the player regularly skipping training without notice and refusing to return calls from the club. he did nothing to improve and maintain his new situation, he never learns the language nor the discipline so missed one of the biggest opportunity he has on his entire life and his experience ended so fast,

Amr lack profession and because he did not have a good manager make his career end in a sham way.

Similarly, Ahmed Hossam Mido who started his journey as a kid; however, that little kid has a plan from the day one, when he deiced to leave Egypt he knows exactly what he has to do. Within three years he was the most famous Egyptian on the planet. In true superstar tradition, he was not shy of nurturing his showbiz status: during his time at Gent, his relationship with Miss Belgium provided enough Posh-and-Becks-type fodder for two countries’ tabloids; aged 20, his wedding was broadcast live on Egyptian TV, drawing in some of the year’s biggest viewing figures.

During his career, which began with Cairo-based Zamalek in 2000, Mido played for a total of 11 clubs in seven different countries. After impressing as a 17-year-old with Zamalek, the striker moved to Gent in Belgium where he won the 2001 Ebony Shoe – the award given to the best player of African origin in the local league. A move to Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam swiftly followed where a league and cup double arrived in 2002, with Mido scoring in the cup final against FC Utrecht. One year later, the tall and powerful striker was on the move again – joining French side Marseille in a deal that they made him the most expensive Egyptian footballer. After being outshone by Didier Drogba, Mido joined Roma in Italy where he lasted two years before arriving in English football for the first time, with Tottenham being the first of five clubs he would play for Spurs and Barnsley aside, he would also represent Middlesbrough, Wigan and West Ham.

A nomadic figure who often courted controversy, Mido’s international career also had its highs and lows. What should have been the zenith of his Egypt career was instead something of a low point after he was missed the final of the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations after falling out the coach earlier in the tournament. In images that were beamed around the world, Mido furiously remonstrated with Hassan Shehata after the coach substituted the then 22-year-old in the semi-final win over Senegal. The player had to be dragged away by coaching after being substituted by Amr Zaki, who went on to score the winner.

At the end of the day Mido did accomplish many goals and has succeeded in his plan, he left a good name behind him everywhere he goes he had a markable moments, except those moment when he have argument with the coach and with the fans, as a sticker he is one of the best inside the field he is an animal even though Mido has a soiled plan it was limited and he never upgrade, he stuck with it which make him miss other options, and yes you have to stick with your plan but not the initial one especially when you get bigger. In conclusion, keep upgrading all the time. I can say he learned the lesson and now he is the best television presenter as a footballer I think he is the only one who can see and read the field.

Mido’s attitude and childish was his worst enemy

The moral of the story is the one who keeps on learning is the most successful one, hard working paying at the end.

As a footballer, Moe has developed very fast and if we looking for his curve its always going up inside and outside the field look at how he stands, how he walks, he has an incredible mindset and how he takes all this is known by the improvement. Yet, Moe needs more experience outside the field, his manager needs to do a better job. People use Mohamed Salah name with no clue what is the name means they don’t understand it become “Brand Name”; similarly, he needs a professional help with his finance. All this news about projects and donations need to be managed in the right manners. Again, it’s supposed to be his manager job.

What we take off Moe, development story, how he does it?

  •  Focus
  • Building dialog with his fans
  • Identify his goal
  • Building a strong bond with his coach
  • Building a good relationship with his teammate
  • Building a good image for himself
  • Leadership

Continues improvement is a team effort and a vision. In conclusion, we can say the personality and the ability to improving taking step by step is the real secret of success in Mohamed Salah Life.
